Right from the outset, our goal has been to offer products that bring with them something new and worthwhile. We could have hurriedly loaded S-Gear with a bunch of standard effect algorithms - but this would have undermined what we want to achieve in the longer term.  We offer carefully designed implementations of the essential effects for guitarists, versatile delay, modulation and reverb processing. All S-Gear rack processors provide a stereo signal path.

RoomThing, released in v2.1 is the newest addition to the S-Gear rack. RoomThing is a versatile algorithmic reverb processor capable of producing very musical reverbs, including realistic rooms and halls, big open and fresh ambient spaces, short decay effects for cabinet enhancement, and even some great sounding spring reverb emulations.

The most commonly used controls are available from the RoomThing front panel, then a 'deep edit' screen gives access to a further 15 or so parameters providing great flexibility. RoomThing offers a decay hold function which captures the current reverb decay and plays out indefinitely - a useful feature for live performance, but otherwise just great fun for jamming and practicing.
