  • Our mailing partner MailChimp will collect email address and geo-location (based on IP Address used at point of sign-up)

When you purchase our product:

  • Our online reseller Cleverbridge AG will collect purchase and payment details, please see the Cleverbridge privacy policy.
  • Scuffham Amps does not hold any record of your payment card details, however we do extract data from the Cleverbridge ecommerce system including customer name, postal address, email address and details of your purchase.
  • We do not automatically create a website account when you purchase product. Website registration is required for participation in the Scuffham Amps Forum only. We do not hold any purchase or license data on the website and it is not necessary to register with the website to download, purchase and use our product.

When activating our software on your device (trial or full license):

  • We will collect the device name and a unique device identifier.

Use of data for marketing purposes

Data collected is not used for profiling targeted marketing campaigns. When planning our marketing activities we may take into consideration aggregated anonymous data such as the amount of revenue generated by country or website usage by country.

We will not share your information with third parties unless we have your express permission or we are required to do so by law.

Data Retention

Data relating to the purchase of our product will be held securely for legal purposes and to facilitate product support.

Website account data will be cleaned annually, accounts will be deleted unless:
