TOPIC: S-Gear on New CD

S-Gear on New CD 2 years 2 months ago #22970

First, I gotta say there are some really impressive recordings and playing with S-Gear posted here. Way to go guys! :)

I just finished my 8th CD and S-Gear was used for all the guitars on 8 of the 10 tracks. I am so impressed with it, that I doubt I will use any of my real amps for future recordings :) Anyway, a few songs from the CD can be heard at my Soundcloud page: soundcloud.com/zuropak The new CD is called "All Funked Up" with the cover of the funked up dancer. The cover is my wife's art. :)

Cheers
Tim

Excellent stuff. Thanks for sharing. Love the tones. Some of this reminds me of some of my favorite Jeff Beck stuff...but its totally original.

Thanks very much guys for the listens and comments. Starting now on my 9th CD and S-Gear will likely be on all tracks this time. So much easier than micing up amps and sounds just as good. :)

Sounds great! Very tasteful.

So ...what were the 2 tracks that *did not* have S-Gear?

Thanks samsarod. I didn't upload the 2 tracks without S-Gear, because they are covers and I was unsure about copyright infringements. They are Pat Metheny's "Here To Stay" and Billy Cobham's "Stratus". They were recorded before I bought S-Gear, otherwise it would have been used on them as well. Maybe I will upload them to SoundCloud and see what transpires. I do have a few other covers posted there, and I don't really sell many CDs.

Nice Playing. the double tracked guitars are very tight / precise. I wasn't planning on listening to all the songs. but I'm hooked. The riff at 2:29 on Stratus. wow
