Having the ability to select different devices for Input and Output would be really useful in some situations. In some cases you may want to set the input to an audio device and send to output to another device, that's not possible atm. In order to accomplish that I use S-Gear in my DAW where the routing options are better but having a bit more flexibility in the routing and avoid opening the DAW would be awesome.
