I think the Scuffham team would do a great job on a bass version of Sgear -I'd love to see that happen !

Please! I'm holding off on buying Mark Studio 2 until I learn if S-Gear has bass coming with version 3. Amplitube Ampeg is getting me through, however, I use S-Gear for all guitar stuff and have to open Amplitube for bass. It's good, not great.

Very much seconded. I use S-Gear for bass all this time but a dedicated module would be fantastic.

I'd love to see a dedicated bass module in S Gear. Just one, to complement the range of guitar amps available for the occasional bass tracking session.

One or two nice bass amps with cab IRs (especially an Ampeg B-15N) would be greatly appreciated and useful.

Newest album "Strange Tales" now available! S-Gear used throughout the production.

Yes, it would be nice to have some dedicated bass amps, but so far, I have been successful getting nice bass tones with S-Gear.
My benchmark has been my Tech21 VTBass (love the SVT setting) in conjunction with a clean DI tone running in parallel and blended to taste.

I was able to get very similar results using the Wayfarer with some graphic EQ, mids down to 0, and using the 4x10 IR.

Count me as another who would like bass features added. I think the current amps will do fine, but perhaps adding a few well designed bass cabs; i.e. 8x10, 4x10, single 15, etc. An Ampeg SVT amp would be nice though. :)

All apologies people, but this struck me as a bit off target. I find the S-Gear guitar models to be something special and evidence of a unique design approach which might be (imo) best utilized in creating a new guitar model (Vox clone) or expanding features in the existing models (i.e the Wayfarer tremelo). I have no doubt they could come up with something, but as a long time 'real' bass player, do not see the need for a bass model from S-Gear. I get great sounds as it is with existing capabilities (mostly DI+preamps fwiw).
