Would love something that approximates a GK 800RB and—getting greedy—a more typical “vintage” Ampeg type thingy.

I would agree some bass specific amps would be great. Lots of great players used Fender Bassman on guitars.

I bet the classic Marshall bass amp like Chris Squire used to use would be awesome, and perhaps a nice subtle difference from the guitar amps.

And yeah a classic Ampeg bass amp like an SVT would be cool too.
