TOPIC: Bottom part of screen not visible, V3.0.2 on Windows

Bottom part of screen not visible, V3.0.2 on Windows 10 months 1 week ago #23877

Morning folks,

Just did the upgrade from 2.9 to 3.0.2 this morning. Love the new drivethru feature!

The bottom part of the screen is cutoff in both the standalone version and the VST, means you can't adjust things such as the noise gate. The workaround is to switch from 100% scaling to 75%.

Sorry if this is a known issue, I looked at the recent posts and didn't find it.

Cheers,
Dave

Did you try to use the little bar on the side? You can can move the racks up and down.

I can't see the bottom rack which has the noise gate, etc. I've attached a screenshot.

More info, it only happens if I have the drivethru plugin visible.

Hi Dave,

The rack should become scrollable when the windows size is greater than the available screen height. Go to the CONFIG settings and reduce the maximum rack height so say 3. This should help. S-Gear should manage the max rack height automatically so I'll need to investigate why that's not happening on your screen. If you could drop me a message via support with some information about your system and screen resolution, that would be super helpful. I can then easily get back to you.

Cheers,
Mike

Changing the rack height solved the problem, thanks, Mike!

I also emailed you off my system config.

Cheers,
