TOPIC: S-Gear Intel i5 11th Generation

S-Gear Intel i5 11th Generation 1 year 9 months ago #23311

Hello, I have a new HP notebook, Intel core i5 11th generation, W10 PRO 64.
S-Gear does not display any audio signals and everything remains silent.
Behringer UMC1820 and TASCAM US-144MKII tested with current grains.
I've already tried a lot according to the forum. But no success.
Cubase Artist 7.5 and BeatBuddy works fine.
Everything works fine on my old i5 desktop PC, W10 Pro, UMC1820.
Does somebody has any idea ?
Greetings Peter

There shouldn't be any problem using S-Gear on your new HP notebook.

Make sure that you have configured the S-Gear Audio and Midi Configuration settings, including the audio routing. See page 7 of the user manual for details.

Check that you have the correct 'L' or 'R' button settings to enable the correct S-Gear input channel.

I would also suggest to reinstall the latest ASIO drivers for you audio interface.

If you still have problems then please contact via support.

You might also consider disabling your onboard sound card in BIOS.
