ACTIVATION BUTTON GREYED OUT AFTER ENTERING SERIAL 2 weeks 6 days ago #23204

I can click Activate next to BUY in the standalone app, but after entering (and triple-checking) my serial the activation button on the right side remains greyed out. I am using the standalone app, and I am entering the serial correctly. Any ideas?
