Can I use a USB audio mixer(Allen&Heath ZED 10FX) as an interface? Guitar into mixer, mixer into computer(running Garageband).

According to their website it says you can.

ZED-10FX’s pre-amps are similar in design to our MixWizard range of mixers, but with a twist! Inputs 3 & 4 have a high impedance jack input capable of taking either a normal line level or a low level input from a guitar pickup.

That's a nice mixer/interface!

Update
Got the program working thru Garagaeband.Unfortunately I am getting the clean guitar sound mixed with the S-Gear audio. Does not sound good at all.

I guess you'll need to figure out if the clean/DI signal is being mixed within Garageband/Mac or in your mixer. Do you have the 'Listen' button switched off on the input channel of your mixer?

Success! Ended up routing the output through the headphone jack on the computer. Works like a charm. Totally blown away by the sound of this program. Was thinking about buying an HX Stomp.
Not anymore.
Thanks to all who replied to my query!
