Don't know why, I did a repair of S-gear in control panel. That did not fix it. Hmmm

I can confirm that. Same here.
Doesn't matter whether I open a new instance or open an existing one in a project, the bottom half is white.
Clicking the "minimize" button of the convolver module fixes it.
Windows 10 Home, latest updatest, Cubase 10.0.20

Thanks for reporting.

We have notified Steinberg to ask if they can resolve this for the next build of Cubase. S-GEAR is reporting the window size change.

In the meantime you can click the plug-in bypass button twice to refresh the plug-in view. Or as janschneider suggested, click one of the minimise buttons on the rack.

Cheers,
Mike

Was just about to report this issue too. I've been using the AB button to get it back, but it is still annoying....
Glad you are on the case.

I just tried S-gear for the first time in a while (using cubase pro 10.30) and I'm still getting the same problem. It goes away if you change presets or minimize the rack.

I really hope this gets resolved. I was a bit miffed when Slate Digital informed me they were removing S-gear from their bundle. I actually purchased it so I wouldn't lose it when they make the change.

Please sort this out soon.

Well... They just did a new update 10.0.40 and we still have the same problem. Thing is. I have hundreds of plugins that I use with Cubase. and none of them have this problem. When I found out Slate was dropping S-Gear from their subscription package, I purchased it. I'd hoped there would be some semblance of support. This isn't really acceptable. Regardless of how good your plugin sounds...

I'm sorry that this problem is still lingering. I had hoped that it would be resolved by Steinberg since with both Beta and initial release of Cubase 10 there was no problem.

A simple workaround is to click the plug-in bypass button twice to refresh the plug-in view. Or as janschneider suggested, click one of the minimise buttons on the rack.

The upcoming S-GEAR v2.9 is looking fine with latest versions of S-GEAR. Furthermore, we will be offering a VST3 version on Windows and evidently this is the format that will receive full support from Steinberg going forward. I will also look at the possibility of applying a v2.7 fix.

Kind regards,
Mike

We'd be very grateful for that Mike - S-Gear is definitely not 100% in the latest versions of Cubase. After being blacklisted I've now got it working but it's listed in red in the plugin manager which makes me a bit uncomfortable, plus the half-white GUI thing is still happening ...
