TOPIC: Thank you, Mike

Thank you, Mike 2 weeks 2 days ago #24571

I just want to say thank you, Mike for a great product. I'm using the demo at the moment and will be buying when my pension comes in. At 61 years of age I've recently started learning guitar again after a long time away from the instrument and have managed to get an amp head, cab, a couple of pedals and guitar which is great, but I really just wanted to plug my guitar in and practice using backing tracks or a metronome on my PC. I have an old UR22 interface and free Cakewalk software that I use, but have been looking for a good amp simulator to allow me to get some nice tones. I've looked at a lot of different products, and S Gear ticks all the boxes for me and I'm enjoying it a lot. Thank you and I look forward to getting it soon.

Superb job on the Compressor "pedal", Mike! I'm just starting to dive into it, but both the sound and the feel are there in spades! All the best!

Piling on with thanks for the compressor.

I have a confession. I've spent lots of time dialing in S-Gear presets within Ableton to make up for the lack of a compressor. I was fairly proud of myself. Then along comes 3.1 with the SGS compressor. All that hard work out the window as Mike's new presets blow mine out of the water.

I picked preset 7 "Dual Comp Gritty Rhythm" and the next thing I know half an hour has vanished and I'm sitting here with a big stupid grin.

S-Gear is just so playable and delivers exactly what I need.

BRAVO!
