New member here. I see that the forum isn't a terribly busy one, but I have enjoyed reading, listening, and watching a lot of content.
I just went through the obligatory "try all the amp sims by everyone in the world" thing, and after a few weeks just sent my money to Mike. I love all the sounds I'm getting. I don't need fifteen other features...I am very happy with S-Gear. I am using it standalone and also as a plugin in Reaper.
Though I'm primarily a classical guitarist (hack), I do flirt with some rockabilly and chord melody stuff.
If anyone has already built a Setzeresque rockabilly preset, I'd love to hear it (I realize this must be one of the easier sounds to dial in). The TSR pack has a pretty good one, but I'll keep experimenting as well.
