Easter greetings - S-GEAR v2.52 is now available for download!



This release adds two additional GEQ faders to the Wayfarer GEQ, along with some bug fixes and reduced download size.

• 80Hz and 6600Hz sliders added to Wayfarer GEQ
• Significantly reduced plug-in and installer file size
• Smoother operation of GEQ sliders - no longer jump to mouse click
• Fix incorrect positioning of DelayThing store preset box
• VST3 under Presonus Studio One - fix Tempo Sync and Tuner operation

When updating, you can install v2.52 without needing to uninstall the previous version, however, do remember to first close any DAW sessions and any instances of the Standalone App. Also, if you have manually copied the VST DLL on windows, don't forget to update your VST folders with the new VST DLL.

Yes. The frequencies are exactly the same as the Mesa 5-band graphic EQ, except for the middle slider, which is 750 Hz on the Mesa.

Love the sculpting capabilities across clean, OD, and high gain tones!

The additions to the GEQ are really outstanding!

I certainly don't see it installed as a VST3 plugin. (I use SONAR Platinum too )

Me either, but a vst3 file looks a little different than vst2 so if it's available it might need to be manually added to the right location...(they land in different folders)

Note that on the MAC S-GEAR is VST3 only, and on windows it is VST2.4 only.

Thanks for clarifying, I actually run S-gear from my Mac into my PC DAW so this makes sense.

I've said this to Mike in a mail too, The new parameters are so awesome. get a tse808 in the chain and hear the tone roaring with the wayfarer.

2 weeks short of a year since the last functional update (2.53 just updated a digital signature). Just sayin!

I find that thing scary too,but that was almost with all previous updates,so I kind a expect it.

It gives us enough time to get the most of our software

I expect big things for this year...
